The running community is so crazy 😂 My guy bi just messaged me that we should run tonight some 5:45 to 6:40 pace for 40km TONIGHT JUST LIKE THAT 40km 😂😂😂 What’s even more crazy is I actually considered it 😈

After today’s Threshold session all I can say is that the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 is easily becoming one of my favorite running shoes. Such a versatile shoe

Newly enrolled student at the Yaa Asantewaa Girls’ Senior High School visibly distraught, after trimming her hair as part of school enrollment requirements.

This record stood unbroken for 3 years. I didn’t even think it was possible to break it right now because I’m more than 10kg heavier now. But after 3 years and a Saucony Endorphin Speed 4, I set a New 10k PR

Sub 20 minutes 5k really seems possible now. Not this year though. But soon. Maybe next year! But I for lose weight

The way my running endurance, and VO2 Max tanked in just 2 weeks after being sick for over a week needs to be studied. Went from running a 51 minute 10k to barely able to complete a slow 5k without my heart jumping out my chest.

Running really is some stupid hobby erh! Take a year to build a castle and 1 week to destroy it 🤦🏿‍♂️
