Probably my best Smash week yet. 1st at UDLR, 2nd at FFF and Devonshire, and 3rd at Tap Jump. Huge wins over Cyclone, Olkios, rDNA, TheZek, Hime, Wat, and Aggz. Also learned that me and @_rDNAtion_ doubles will be a problem. Had a blast. Great games to everyone I played!

Highlights from FFF 88!

Had a blast at The Arcadian. Finished 13th with some really intense matches. It was great seeing everyone again but it also reaffirmed my decision to give it up. I’ll still pop in every now and then though. Also, the Tucson and Yuma smashers are just lovely people!

Probably my age showing, but I never understand any of the AZ Smash drama that happens. I feel like the old guy in his rocking chair yelling at kids to get off his lawn. I don’t know, just play the games you like to play and interact with the people you like to interact with.

30 hours into Final Fantasy XVI and I’m extremely underwhelmed. I have to talk myself into turning it on just so I can see it through to the end. It’s just not that interesting outside of a few cutscenes.

I may need to return to the smash scene just to give you guys some counseling or life advice or something.

Not kicking 2 field goals was dumb. But the Lions running on 3rd and goal and taking a timeout is beyond crazy. You are better off letting all 40 seconds tick away rather than giving up a timeout there.

SSS was a blast. Came out of retirement for a few weeks in prep for this. Said if I got top 8 and beat 2 PR players I would come back. Finished 9th w/ 1 PR win. So no return for me. Its too much of a commitment for me to barely stay above 2-2. Loved seeing everybody again though!
