Example: I had incurable illnesses that resulted in a need to change to specific diets which actually affected my skin making my forehead break out

For me personally, I figured out which foods were causing this + eliminated them from my diet, simplified my facial care routine, started taking vitamins &now my skin's fine. But the solution for someone else could be different.

Also, a new diet didn't fix any of my illnesses... (everything did eventually go away after 6 years but that's a whole other story)
