Just heard that after 6 year legal process #courtofprotection has agreed that CamdenLearningDisabilityService's last #transformingcare person in a long stay hospital will be moving to her own home on 22nd August. Thanks to everyone involved! Camden Council @CI_NHS Changing Our Lives
