Also the Lewis BBQ in Charleston, SC listed is Texas style and run by Texans. Local Yocal in McKinney, TX doesn’t get a mention, so that’s problematic in my mind, but clearly Texas is the best place for BBQ.

Psalm 64:9-10 Then all mankind fears; they tell what God has brought about and ponder what he has done. Let the righteous one rejoice in the LORD and take refuge in him! Let all the upright in heart exult!

I am the mom in the group who is ok with the 16/17 yo boys going camping 2 hrs away in the mountains but doesn’t want my son to have unmonitored internet access in his pocket. 😅

Apparently it’s illegal for under 18s to camp by themselves (liability). FWIW, George Washington started surveying land around 15 and was licensed by 17. He would not have been the exception. We hold kids back and then are surprised when they are 35 and living in mom’s basement.

So thankful Emma Waters spoke to our Greenville Seminary ladies’ group on this issue last night! It’s so important for Christians to be proactive in their thinking about the technology and resources available today. Just because we can, doesn’t mean we should.

Psalm 71:17-18 O God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds. So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come.

I had four babies by my 30th year. I would do it all over again if given the opportunity. Now, I’m about to celebrate my oldest’s HS graduation. Hopefully grandbabies in the next 5-10 years.

I wish Christians and pastors cared half as much about the Biden’s administrations full mission to destroy children through gender ideology, as they do about Trump’s tweets. I’ll take tweets over cutting body parts off of kids any day of the week.

“Hypocrisy remains spiritually perilous for the hypocrite—but it is hardly the gravest threat to society. The greater danger is a culture that no longer expects even public allegiance to the true, the good, and the beautiful, thereby depriving itself of the formative conditions

He has a "husband". Now he needs a baby. The problem is, the baby has to lose his mother to join that "marriage." This is why we must overturn #Obergefell. From the child's perspective, not all marriages are equal. Greater Than Campaign

If a woman’s husband EVER posed or mocked labor like this with his wife beside him, he would be lambasted across the internet (rightly so). But when a gay baby buyer does it… we’re supposed to laugh?? Applaud?? Ban surrogacy now.

I care a lot more about saving babies than being politically correct. We are done with euphemisms when talking about abortion. It’s not “reproductive healthcare.” Abortion is barbaric and evil.

You may dispute the numbers. Say only a fraction are frozen, that only a few are killed for being the wrong sex, or are screened for disease. But even one child losing his life to make possible dozens of healthy children is a price our society shouldn't pay.
