I'll talk about our MarGen_II ongoing whole genome sequencing analysis of the Native European Oyster (Ostrea edulis) 🦪 at #ESEB2022. We found some genomic patterns underlying population divergence that could potentially be adaptive (inversions !!!). At 4 pm Monday at S11 😉.

We're out conducting baseline monitoring at the Port of Vigo Spain, as part of livingports.eu (H2020). Aim to ecologically enhance port infrastructure by installing 330m2 of ECOncrete seawall & 100 coastalock units as eco alternatives to traditional concrete structures🌊
