I really need to cut my hair and shave. 2 hour workout last night! Sore today. I've been sick for the last two weeks. Can't remember the last time I was ever that sick before! Completely knocked me on my behind! Getting back into the grove of things.

Today was the absolute perfect day to answer the question "When did you start like going to the gym?" I don't workout because "I like working out." I don't but I do deserve to be a priority in my own day. Today was a tough day overall but I showed up BECAUSE I am a priority.

2 workouts in yesterday. Muay Thai first thing in the morning. Gym and weights in the late afternoon. I was sick for a few weeks and the first thing to go was my cardio! So now I'm building it back up. A bit sore today but it's all a work in progress!

Hour of Muay Thai today for my lunch time workout. Today was a huge focus on technique of minor details that make big differences. Our striking coach truly goes above and beyond. Stuff I never even noticed before! Now time to write the last bit of code for work in 2023!

After work, I was tired but I put my shoes on and went to the gym. Didn't feel like it but I put in some work! 10 rounds! Working on a lot of technique and working on weak points. Glad I showed up. Time to shower and do some work for next week's conference!

3 HOURS OF MUAY THAI! Sweat my πŸ‘ off! Lol Shins are sore but was definitely a good day. Ton of drilling, focusing on my technique. Working a ton on my kicks and making my shin go through the target. Cardio with a ridiculous amount of burpees. 30 minutes of sparring at the end.

So I tore my Meniscus a couple days right after THAT Conference. I haven't told many people. I didn't even know what a dang meniscus was until I found out I had a tear in it lol. Muay Thai accident. Been having to use a cane to get around. Just want to be able to move around

Since my last health update my focus has been on being very consistent and moving. Movement every day even if it's late at night. Just squeezed in an extra mile with the focus being on stamina. I have to show up at least 365 more times before I have a choice to quit 😀

On the weight loss grind. Meals were fruit based and grilled chicken and rice. Added in a greens drink, vitamins, and a protein shake to make sure the nutrition goals were hit. An hour of Muay Thai today and a 16 hour intermittent fasting session.

My third shirt! Other two completely drenched in sweat! Over 2 hours of Muay Thai while intermittent fasting. 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating window. Helping me make sure I don't eat reckless. All of my meals, chicken, rice, veg. Keeping it clean.
