Team called to assist @ Gawton Gravity Hub at Gawton near #BereAlston. A 16 year old downhill race competitor had hit a tree, been catapulted down a slope and sustained head trauma and neck/back injuries. He was immobilised in a vacuum mattress and stretchered/handed over to paramedics.
