Congratulations to the Metrist crew on the product hunt debut. I remember some of these ideas floating around at PagerDuty; y'all went and did it! Solves an important problem for SaaS apps in a very interconnected world producthunt.com/posts/metrist?…

Going through my required security/privacy training at Asana, and have to say Living Security 👤 is a better platform than past ones I've used. Well structured content, diverse representation in the videos, decent UX.

I've been a very happy Freedom user for a while, but just discovered "one sec" - creatively uses Shortcuts to force you to take a deep breath and set intentions before opening Instagram, etc. Love it! one-sec.app

#hugops to the Datadog, Inc. team today ❤️ Heck of an outage— hope response teams are being well taken care of, and that you get some good resilience learnings from the experience

Didn't expect thassalophobia as a big accessibility target, but I guess if swimming's a big part of the game it could be debilitating. Regardless, I'm here for more inclusiveness in game design. theverge.com/2023/4/18/2368…

Super proud of the Workflow team at Asana for this one! Bundles was born from deep empathy with our most advanced Enterprise users, and it’s caught on like wildfire in beta. Can’t wait to see all the cool things customers do with it now that it’s out in the wild!

Had an amazing time seeing this at the Roxie Theater last night. The highlight was definitely all the cheers for folks’ favorite stations! BART is truly a miracle and we don’t appreciate it enough.

Every crash in this story involves a e-bike colliding with a motor vehicle. All could’ve been avoided if e-bike riders were protected from cars (or if there were no cars). Fight the real enemy. nytimes.com/2023/07/29/hea…

It is a *party* on the last legacy BART train, a Red Line that left Millbrae at 7:39pm tonight. Grateful for one last ride on an old boi and for all these hardworking trains have done over the past 51 years!

I've been playing with the new AI stuff internally at asana and frankly it's amazing. So fast and easy to summarize complex tasks, bootstrap workflows, and get insights into the work around me. I run on the skeptic side but I'm really excited about what the future holds here.

Oktane's marked the progress of Okta Workflows each year — from the initial announcement, to GA, to platform launch and our very first "Flowcase" last year. Now cool to watch from the sidelines with ~1000 people on the stream!

Big claps for RBAC beta on the Okta Workflows roadmap! 👏🏻 Also great security, logging, connectors and reporting. So much good stuff — congrats to the whole team.

the San Francisco teachers' strike will, barring an overnight deal, enter Day 4 tomorrow—wages have been a major sticking point how much do teachers make vs. city-employed workers? they make less, much less: on average, almost half what nurses make, and $50K less than cops

This understates the disparity. If you factor in overtime (which many teachers work but don't get paid for), police officers are making much, much more. Believe I saw a figure that was median $290k for cops.
