PLAYERS: Before you question your playing time, honestly evaluate how you're using your practice time. Make sure that you're bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a team-first mentality to practice. Build good habits in practice. Find ways to be valuable. Make your teammates better.

COACHES: Always remember why we got into coaching. Most of us coach for something bigger than wins, losses, glory, or power. Remember that true success is not measured by the number of wins we accumulate but by the number of winners produced.
