“If Caitlin Clark could play in the NBA, everybody would applaud it. That would be an incredible thing. But if the last guy on the bench of an NBA team went to a WNBA team and started averaging 40 points, everybody would know that is BS." - Legendary Broadcaster Bob Costas

It's a permanent black mark on LBJ's record as president. Vietnam destroyed his presidency, did enduring damage to the Democratic Party (costing the Dems the WH in '68), and undermined the many laudable domestic reforms enacted during his presidency ... and it was largely because

I never cease to be amazed at how many JFK conspiracy theorists still refuse to look at the ballistics testing that settled this issue more than 30 years ago. The single bullet that struck both JFK and Gov. Connally needed no magic. It's just physics. Once you understand how

I'm just going to say this a few thousand more times: Never Trump was always right. We told you who he was. We warned you what he'd do. Reap it.

This is pure truth from Dale Murphy. I had the honor of being a part of the 80’s sports television revolution thru cable. 1st ESPN from 85 thru 94, and then I caught a glimmer of what Turner Sports was about 94 thru 96’. Ernie Sr had retired from the TBS booth but was convinced

We lost a legend over the weekend… Monte Coleman was an all-time great Redskins and one of the best men I’ve had the pleasure of calling friend. I love you Monte! Rest with Jesus.

Only a Catholic can be this fucking dumb. “Why did somebody misunderstand the Bible, so they need a pope to tell them what it means” is the short dick syndrome of religion.

2013 Iron Bowl. Not the FACT of losing (Auburn was a good team), the HOW. The 4th qtr felt like failing to close the deal but losing on a FG return on the anniversary of Tiffin's kick was the only time I've ever been numb at the end of any game ever.

I sat through a decade (97-06) of mostly horrible Bama 🏈. But l miss do or (probably) die regular season games, meaningful bowls, & a playoff beyond 8 teams max is a joke. I have 0 incentive to watch OK St-Iowa St (2011) or be forced to root for teams l hate so mine benefits.

Maybe I'm just getting old, but college football is dead. If you're still watching, you're doing so purely out of habit. Give me the BCS era with the geographically driven Power 5 conferences, no NIL, and no unlimited transfers over this current slop driven by TV money.

Super Sky Point to Ted Turner, who pulled arguably the all-time greatest narcissistic team owner move ever in 1977 when he got fed up and just named himself the Braves’ manager. Career record: 0-1. Tell St. Peter you’ll be there at :05 after the hour, big guy. #RIP
