The focus needs to be on improving the shortfalls of the organisation and the system, rather than blaming the workers.

Happy 50th anniversary to the greatest show ever made -- hilarious one minute, sombre the next. A show that highlighted the horrors or war and the importance of comradery through clever dialogue and actors with great range, without ever reducing the importance of the content.
