A boat carrying 180 Rohingya refugees was allowed to land some of its passengers in Indonesia. Another boat carrying 180 may have sunk, says the UN, making 2022 one of the deadliest years for Rohingya. Over 1 million mostly-Muslim Rohingya live in refugee camps in Bangladesh.
