The NEBC ensemble joined me Sunday night for a church review at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Waterbury. Monday night I shared my observations and ideas to an excited group of leaders. They started immediately to implement them.

Last night I finished a church review at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Waterbury. Pastor Tartaglino had already begun to implement a retirement plan We worked on the church bulletin, website, signage, along with building improvements.

Amazing music, preaching, and workshops. Over 400 attendees enjoyed an incredible meal 20 entrees, desserts, including ice cream. Join us next year April 17, 2027

I had a wonderful time this morning with Pastor Brett Reitenbach at Greenfield Baptist Church in Greenfield Massachusetts. They are starting a church in a very difficult place.
