I don’t think we’re told this enough but it’s 100% okay to eat when you’re hungry. Even if it’s 11AM and not “lunchtime”. Even if you ate a meal 1 hour ago, because maybe you didn’t eat enough. Even if it’s 8PM because our bodies don’t have an on and off switch. You can eat.✌🏽
