GP unemployment & underemployment hasn’t gone away GP ARRS roles are not ideal, limited to GPs in their first 2yrs of working & are mostly replacing regular Locums so not increasing capacity Patients need GPs & GPs need jobs Wes Streeting fund GP practices to recruit & retain
