6. Implement true team based care to include (and fund) nurses, PAs, NPs, social workers, dietitcians, PTs, OTs, pharmacists, etc. 7. Stop focusing on “quick fixes” that the evidence shows aren’t fixes and cost more in the long run (i.e. private clinics, two tiers). /12
