Removing this patient’s sphenoid wing meningioma was a bear of a case! Lots of vessels adherent to this very fibrotic tumor. With the help of Mohsen Nouri, Dr Amrit K. Chiluwal and OR staff at Jamaica Hospital, this woman is completely intact with gross total removal of her tumor!
