I don't understand why some people are against Urdu. It is Indian language, though not as old as Sanskrit, Tamil or Hindi but still it originated in India.

I stopped asking my 12 year-old son ‘how’s school today?’ and instead asked ‘who did you help today?’ He now voluntarily shares with me who he helped at school. He is strengthening his generosity and empathy muscles. A helpfulness habit will serve him well. I am proud of him.
