Ratan N. Tata @airvistara Horrible experience with Air Vistara. My family was travelling from LHR to New Delhi, airline left our baggage at LHR. Upon arrival we struggled for hrs to find our luggage but there was no help. Customer care didn’t pickup, no reply to email.

Had to wait for 5 days to receive it and even then was asked to go and pick it up from airport late night. Expected a much better service.
