OPTION Trial: LAAC resulted in sign less non-procedure-related major bleeding than OAC after catheter-based AF ablation.  Similar rates stroke, systemic embolism, or death observed btw groups.  LAAC could be safer alternative to OAC for stroke prevention. #AHA24 AHA Science
