Sunday morning is a great time to get some much needed exercise. Go outside and get active. The morning sunlight and outdoor experience are also good for your body and mind... Even 15 minutes can be beneficial but aim for at least 30 - 45 minutes. #SundayMotivation #GoodMorning

“What do you have that you did not receive? And if you received it, why do you boast as if it were not a gift? 1 Corinthians 4:7 Let’s remember that all we have has been received as a gift from God. Let us not boast, be proud or think we’re better than others.

Cde. Robert Kabushenga Thank you Dr Kasenene for underscoring the fact that lifestyle changes in particular exercising and good diet are important for overall wellbeing including mental health.... It is not just about economic circumstances.....

Cde. Robert Kabushenga Dr Kasenene In addition the real wake up call is how you feel and your thoughts when you are ALONE are a true reflection of your state of being....!!! Thanks Doc!

Most people who are sick actually need education and not #medication. Education on how to activate the body's self healing mechanism. It’s more important to find imbalances in your body & restore balance, rather than diagnose a disease and give medicine to treat the disease

Most of us to some extent struggle with mental health issues whether it’s feeling low or anxious or whether it’s battling depression or addiction. Please note that how we feel largely depends on how healthy our brain is and our brain health is largely dependent on what we eat
