NEW - Elections BC has finished initial ballot count. The BC NDP won 46 seats, Conservatives 45, Greens 2. Final count will take place Oct 26 to 28 including approximately 49,000 mail in ballots BC wide. Recounts will take place in Juan de Fuca-Malahat and Surrey City Centre.
