-- Did they randomize?
--Is the control arm consistent with current practice?
--Is the endpoint of the study clinically important, or just a biomarker?

Very nice. Be cautious of moderate to low-certainty of evidence. It’s likely not robust to new data.

Really really good explainer. The pooled cohort equation is hard to beat.

Wow. Even in an open label trial, PCI in the “perfect” patient (amenable anatomy + viability) did not result in QOL improvements at one year over simple tablets.
