What I heard at Grand Rounds V. Liana Tsikitis -4 subtypes of CRC. Early onset CRC is not a unique subtype -TME Immune profiling different for EOCRC -early exposures + diet + microbiome + immunity/imflammation/obesity=EOCRC -normal mucosa, NOT fecal microbiome predicts adenoma formers
