Van makes illegal Uturn to “avoid” an illegal left turn from Reno onto Military. This van has been collecting tickets for some time now.

Red lights are so hard to understand or do they have a different meaning in South Korea, Korean Embassy DC?

In DC one must stop for a solid yellow light if it’s safe. Metro Forward bus can probably be excused, but the rest of the drivers just treat the DDOT DC’s HAWK signal as a stop sign: just keep going.

Riding the metro without light is pretty cool (if ac is working).
