Hey Delta, an involuntary flight change is going to leave me my wife and my two kids stranded in AMS more than a day when there are better flights. Can't change my flight online and phone line says hold time is 9 HOURS. What am I supposed to do? Please help!

Bob Bodily, PhD I think the NNS is paving the way to how other DAOs should operate. Heavy discussion in forums, key opinion leaders, ability to delegate, reward structure that favors active participation. We're still early, but the NNS is quickly becoming the gold standard imo.

As an entrepreneur from LATAM, I got interested in crypto because I like enabling people outside major tech hubs to be founders. What businesses have people seen that make $100-$1K per month in #ICP or other chains? Im more interested in millions having incomes than 1-2 unicorns

LightningLad You could even pull the WASMs from the SNS-W canister yourself, and deploy it on an application subnet. The SNS is a turnkey solution with many benefits if a community goes through the guided path, but an enterprising community could support themselves

Biden's commitment to 'mental health care is health care' is a game-changer. The new rule ensuring mental health parity in insurance coverage is a significant step towards a more inclusive and compassionate healthcare system. cnn.com/2023/07/25/pol…

One of the biggest bottlenecks that mid-stage robotics companies face lies in this loop of trying to fit one of the best general-purpose open-weights models (Pi0.5) on to the edge. The obvious path is to take that frontier model and compress it down to something your chip can

This work by David Alves shows how wrong I was. This scenario reinforced 2 things. 1. An open beginners mind is important as we wade in a new field. I thought the only (reliable) way to make a robotics policy have faster inference (imagine a robot with fast bs slow reflexes)

In short, Facebook can simultaneously measure everything about us, and control the information we consume. When you have access to both perception and action, you’re looking at an AI problem. You can start establishing an optimization loop for human behavior. A RL loop.

"After they switched the app from X to #ApacheKudu, they received complaints from some users, including a senior exec. The queries were returning too fast to be correct -- something had to be broken. Nothing was broken; it was just Kudu being awesome!"
