We're currently monitoring an issue that our email provider is investigating. It appears to cause issues with login intermittently, so if you're getting errors in your email client right now, that would be why. Hope to have it cleaned up shortly, but we'll update here!

No fix yet, but the problems do seem to be intermittent, so you might find that your email does connect from time to time. We'll keep updating as we hear!

For those of you waiting on a fix for the problems on our email hosting platform, please know that we're waiting along with you! Our provider has indicated they have the problem figured out and a fix coming, so hopefully it won't be too much longer. Thanks for your patience!

Looks like our email provider is having intermittent login issues again. We're so sorry for the issues that have come up as of late. We haven't had many issues with this provider until recently, so we're hoping this is just a hiccup. We'll update more soon!

Our provider has a fix implemented and is monitoring results. Appears to be back up in our testing, so hopefully that should do the trick.

Appears to all be fixed again. We are going to be working with our provider for some sort of assurance that these problems can be resolved on a more permanent basis. Hopefully we can have a more stable platform here soon.

UPDATE: Cloudflare services are struggling back to get back online, despite the CF team claiming that "the incident is now resolved". Things are likely to be up and down while they stabilize things after their massive outage, but we're continuing to monitor. 👍
