Neovascular glaucoma patients can maintain vision if intervened early in the disease. This gentleman had NVG in both eyes and subsequently received anti VEGF, underwent Vit+EL followed by AGV OU. We could salvage one eye. And this is him today after 9 years. #MedTwitter
