If p53 is the Batman of the genome… who’s holding the signal flare? The study showed something wild: DNA doesn’t open its doors for repair unless it’s lit up by a very specific UV wavelength 254nm. No light = no binding. No binding = no repair. Even Batman needs a Bat-Signal.
