Two back to back claims for two very different drugs: doxycycline and oxycodone. One claim from SilverScriptPDP and one from Aetna: Both plans under the thumb of CVS Health Except, in both claims they both have the exact same payment amounts. Both have patient co-pays

$0.17 cents gross “profit” to fill a prescription!! This doesn’t even cover the cost of the bottle, label, and transmission fee. Even less if it’s an electronic RX - which we also have to pay a fee for. Then there are the REAL expenses to cover - Pharmacists Pharmacy techs

How can every independent say the same exact thing in every state but the Pbms say it isn’t them? At what point is it about does anyone in our government actually help us? How much profits do they actually need? Why can’t anyone see that the real reason costs are high is the pbm?

Peri/menopause isn’t a “new trend.” It’s what happens when an ENTIRE generation of women hits a life transition we were never properly studied for, educated about, or prepared for. GenX and Xennials weren’t “caught off guard” because we’re dramatic…we were kept in the dark. I

How much are 2 tablets of diazepam worth to a patient who needs to relax before a procedure? Apparently, to the insurance company Ambetter Health Member Services - it’s only worth 15 CENTS. Although I’m sure they are getting billed much higher than that, but their PBM CVS Caremark

UnitedHealth Group pulled in $370B in 2024—and now its Optum arm employs more physicians than anyone else in the U.S. It’s not just the insurer. It’s also the PBM setting drug formularies and the employer of the doctor requesting approval. One company, every side of the

Has anyone else seen those Oak Street Health commercials on TV? What a gigantic load of horseshit. Why is there no mention that Oak Street Health is owned by CVS Health? That should be clearly stated. So a patient could theoretically have Aetna insurance, Use CVS/Caremark

Same prescription medication. Same prescription insurance. Yet, we have 6 different prices over a 10-month span. Huh, wonder why that is? CVS Health care to comment?

PBMs never change. Humana removed generic Farxiga from their formulary THE day it lost exclusive manufacturer rights which resulted in a 95% price DECREASE. $350 drug yesterday=covered (with brand copay.) Same drug today $10= pt go find something else for diabetes/heart failure

You tried to paint me as a pervert for exposing fraud, and as a result radical leftists started trying to dox me and send death threats, wanting to kill me. Now you are taking credit for “leading the charge” on the fraud. Are you serious? You are the fraud.

The black community is a strange place. We won't cancel a person for being a drug dealer, a bad mother, a bad father, twerking in the streets, or killing people, but we will cancel somebody for not being a Democrat. That's really hilarious.

The payment discrepancy is unmistakable. Just filled an Rx for metoprolol xl 25mg, 90 count. Copay at our pharmacy $4.40 Copay at Walmart $30.24 Same drug, same insurance, same “in-network” pharmacy status What is your logic SilverScriptPDP ? Only difference is the

Terminally-ill cancer patient needs #180 oxycodone 5mg tablets filled. They’ve met their OOP for the year with Wellcare Medicare, so all of their co-pays are now $0 at the pharmacy counter for the rest of the year. Wellcare Medicare pay us $12.15 for those #180 tablets while they

Turning down an Ozempic script because it has a $4 copay instead of $0 is a level of entitlement that is unknown in the rest of the world. Meanwhile people line up on black friday for 2 days to get shit at 50% discount.
