We need to think less about how we can convince educators to stay in a system that isn't working for many of them and more on the actions to improve the work environment and make the job more manageable.

Finland has no standardized testing, no formal teacher evals, and 15 mins of recess every hour. Oh, and Finland has been voted the Happiest Country in World for 5 years in a row. I know that would make me happy too!
