Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities gave Rosalynn Carter a Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in mental health & peer support specialist advocacy. Mrs. Carter’s grandson, Josh Carter, accepted the award from Exec. Director Brenda Cibulas.

Mental Health Director Eve H. Byrd, D.N.P. spoke on a panel in Sierra Leone about identifying MH priorities and ways to partner to strengthen access to services. The panel was hosted by the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health and included reps from the ministry, World Health Organization (WHO), and community leaders.
