Oh gods. This explains -so- much of what my emotional trauma is, especially with over criticism and being ignored/ghosted. If people stop talking to me out of the blue, it -deeply- hurts me. To the point where I just have to remove them from my life if I have a hope to move on.

Once you've put in the work for the day, don't forget to take time to rest. Recalibrate. Reset. You've earned it, after going through so much.

Remember, you are entitled to your rest. It does not matter if other people want to do something with you. If you do not feel well, you don't feel well. If you are not up for anything, you aren't required to do anything. After responsibilities, you don't owe anyone anything~
