Today, I found this beautiful verse: “I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears, surely I will heal you.” 2 Kings 2:5. If you believe God will heal you, please say Amen.

Working on your job while working on your education while working on your portfolio while working on your carrier while working on your social life while working on your goals while working on love while also trying to get 5hrs of sleep a day. The game is rigid .

Teach girls it’s ok to not want kids. That they can be functional people without being a mother. That waiting until they are 30 isn’t too old. Teach girls that they don’t have to sell their youth because motherhood isn’t for everyone and we need to stop acting like it is.

We won’t reach zero FGM by 2030 without young people! They are the heartbeat of change, powerful voices and leaders driving the movement to end FGM. Through Novo Nordisk Foundation Let’s empower them to lead the way in documenting and referring of FGM cases and survivors for care.

She gave life and lost hers. It’s 2025. Women are still dying while giving birth not because it’s inevitable, but because systems keep failing them. Behind every maternal death is a story that could have been prevented. Quality maternal care should be universal, not optional.

Misogyny is not going to empower boys, stop whining like little children and fund initiatives for boys that improve school retention, teach safe sex, build foundational life skills and provide crucial mental health resources.

Perfume is supposed to be intimate, your personal scent that’s ONLY discovered when someone leans in, not when you enter the building. Some of you are out here turning offices into Arab perfume diffusers 😭. That stuff is cute for campus and high school students not in adulthood.

Some of y’all be throwing Bible verses around while living wicked lives that don’t please God NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER but sometimes God lets that weapon prosper just enough to humble you, get you on your knees, surrender, and remind you who’s actually in charge.

We’ve done well educating girls, now it’s time to educate men. Teach them how to live with empowered women. Otherwise, we’re seeing misogyny grow men mistaking women’s autonomy, contraceptive choices, and confidence as disrespect, hating the empowerment they should celebrate.
