Hey Cigna Healthcare Waiting on hold now for 50 minutes to appeal an MRI you chose to deny. I've already been transferred twice and I'm still waiting for help. You made a medical decision to deny an MRI for a patient who has a large pelvic mass on ultrasound suspicious for malignancy.
