Our Retail and Communications Manager Mathilde is a very big fan of the revised edition of CP Curran's 'James Joyce Remembered, featuring a new illustration of the North Circular Road in 1904 by plattenbaustudio!

Jennifer O'Donnell of plattenbaustudio (plattenbaustudio) is an architect based between Dublin & Berlin. plattenbaustudio's large-scale drawing 'Mid-Afternoon in the Early Summer of 1904 on North Circular Road, Dublin' can be seen in Gallery 2 as part of A Line Around An Idea.

Aoife + the group explored plattenbaustudio's large scale drawing and each took segments to recreate on their clip boards.✏️ They were very interested in this piece and chatted about places in Cork that they thought it looked similar to!
