Well said DR.LAKSHYA MITTAL Adequate Working hours must be the priority of Ministry of Health for all the Resident Doctors across the country, we can atleast ensure that the 1992 Central Residency Scheme rules should be implemented, audited regularly with atleast one RDA representative.

As a DR 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 in 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 is usually safe—if done with care, no jumps/spins. 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬, or 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 should be avoided. Consult your OB-GYN. Choose 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲, not judgment. AIIMS, New Delhi 🇮🇳
