I don’t post/complain often, Office Depot do better. Traveled to 3 stores for a binding that takes 5 minutes. Before I headed to the 3rd store I asked them to call to be sure. They said yes. Get to the store & they can’t do it till tomorrow. Wasted gas. Bad customer service.
