Parking utilization downtown = 38% meaning >60% of the time on-street parking is empty. Pre-COVID it was 55% meaning 45% empty. This impacts only the expansion of surface parking. Building a city for people to live/work/play & where the city gets earnings tax.

Honestly, the thing I was looking forward to the most in this Super Bowl was the aerial shots of Phoenix and Arizona. But hey I found a can of Kiltlifter here in Cincy! Got me a lil AZ love along with my subpar nachos.

Half of my neighborhood, Pleasant Ridge , is outside the 1 mile range of a grocery store. And that walk is a sizeable hill called Ridge Avenue, a super unpleasant walk regardless of grade. City of Cincinnati. And yet, we've had 3 #grocerystores in the PR center come and go.
