"That's cause they're not a device nor are they from whatever that is." Holding the Dragoon Spirits out "These are spirits of dead Dragons taken from them before their final breath and used to transform people into Dragoons if they're chosen."

"No, these were made 10,000 years ago. Except the glowing white one I have that was five years ago during a war. The Divine Dragon was going around on a rampage and had to be killed." Complex history to be honest, lots to it and who knows how much to tell in a short time.
