We're enjoying Golden times for polar satellite altimetry thanks to ESA's CryoSat mission ARCHIVED - NASA Ice #Cryo2Ice and NASA Goddard's Aimée Gibbons notes the data are critical. Not only for doing fundamental research but also for addressing climate and societal challenges.
