#Sudan v #UAE! CIJ_ICJ (by majority) rejects Sudan’s request for provisional measures & also removes the case from the General List (i.e case terminated) on account of UAE’s (jurisdictional) reservation to Genocide Convention. Oh well, that was a rather predictable outcome😮‍💨
