That wonderful feeling when you realize someone is out of office but didn't decline the 1:1, so you get a glorious 30 minutes of freedom that you didn't expect.

Baby girl Leigh Eleanor Richards joined us this past Saturday morning just ahead of the big snow storm. She weighed in at a healthy 8lbs 10oz. She and Kristen Johnson are doing great and we’re back home now and starting to figure out this whole parenting thing! Welcome to the world!

It was wonderful to see so many coworkers this week after years of not being able to be in the same space in person! It’s hard to beat casually talking to someone face to face.
