Mchele is a drug known as Flunitrazepam aka ruffies, often abused as a date rape or to incapacitate victims in order to rob them. In combination with alcohol it causes exaggerated intoxication. Death occurs from overdose by causing reduced heart rate & suppressed respiration. Rt
