Today I saw a new patient, a 60y old #trucker, newly diagnosed #esophageal_carcinoma. He told me that they were 8 same-age trucker, when he started years ago. Only 2 are still alive. Assumable a consequence of #lifestyle, a hard job, alcohol and nicotine. It’s so sad.
