#MCA21v3 portal has remained highly unstable during peak #annualfiling period. Multiple #professional bodies & stakeholders hv already flagged these persistent glitches & urged Ministry of Corporate Affairs to extend due dates. Extension is essential to prevent large-scale technical non-compliance

In the past, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has successfully provided similar relief through special schemes such as (CLSS-2011/2014) and CFSS, 2020, which allowed defaulting companies to regularise pending filings with reduced or waived additional fees over a specified window. #MCA #ExtendDueDate

In view of prolonged V3 portal issues, it is respectfully recommended that a fresh CLSS/CFSS‑type scheme be introduced to (a) grant additional time for all pending annual & event‑based filings & (b) mitigate financial exposure arising solely from technical failures. Ministry of Corporate Affairs
