A great start to the game, but just couldn't finish. Aj Ferreira and Himothy Norrisgren got the goals and, even though the score doesn't show it, Alex Camilo played a hell of a game in net.

A real tendy duel in the D8 'Battle of Cambridge' today. We may have ended up on the wrong side of the score, but a solid game from Jake Owen in the lowest scoring league game this season. Braedon Tavares scored the goal.

A couple of team records could fall heading into the final game of the regular season next week. ryanwilkinson and Matthew Hertner are 2 & 4 points, respectively, from tying the Mustangs all-time points record and Aj Ferreira is 2 points from tying the rookie points record.

Last regular season game today at Galt Arena against St Mary's. Players are dismissed at 2:00 pm.

Unfortunately, I can't post any good news from yesterday. We ended up having to forfeit Tuesday's game. All points and stats from yesterday are now null as a result. So, no new team records were set.

In addition, if St. Mary's beats St. Benny's again on Thursday, they will end up tied with us. Because we had to forfeit a game, we give up all tiebreaker advantages. So, in that scenario, we would lose our playoff spot.
