We’ve giggled for years about the deluge of “Jesus is my boyfriend“ songs in our churches. Interestingly, I just got out at a business, and could hear the church chimes across the street playing what sounded like, “Love Me Tender“. #GonnaBeAnInterestingDay!

Great move of God in the Detroit area yesterday! Was with the Matt Sams family yesterday morning… What a great Church! Then, last night, preached for Art Wilson and his incredible Church. Those precious folks preached me into a puddle… and I loved every minute of it!

FACT: Most Church members would rather have an ‘old song’ with a passionate leader than a ‘new song’ with an indifferent, unexcited leader! I could care less about fancy words and unique chord progressions if the music and singers are dead!

Incredible closing to the Texico Camp in Lubbock, Texas on the campus of Texas Tech… We counted around 30 miracles or healings, and I think they said 9 received the Gift of the Holy Ghost! Those people preached me into a puddle!

Casting aside biblical truth and then proclaiming you are living in ‘the favor of God’ is a frightening road that rushes you to deadly spiritual deception. No individual - EVER - has lived in the ‘favor of God’ if they refused to live in the confines of biblical truth. PERIOD!

NEVER confuse the ‘goodness of God’ with the ‘favor of God’!
