The accusations against Alex Salmond, when he was alive, were extremely damaging to the independence movement. Perfidious Albion feared him, and it's obvious who stood to gain most, if he was removed from politics. He said when found not guilty, that the truth would come out.

There is no independent Scottish media, and when I think of the money and resource Perfidious Albion, and the whole colonising cabal, including many many non-residents, will throw at this election, I say, why shouldn't Brian Cox speak for Scotland?

If the Union of 1707 created a New Kingdom of Great Britain, why did the New Parliament of Great Britain not pass a New Coronation Oath, for its New Monarchy of Great Britain? Charles III and his mother swore an illegally modified version of the 1688 English Coronation Oath.

In 1748, Corgarff Castle was converted from a fortified tower house to a military barracks, . A permanent military garrison of about 50 men was stationed at the castle, to keep an eye on the highlanders, making sure they didn’t carry weapons or wear kilts or tartan.

George Lockhart tells us a lot about Scotland around the time of Union. He made a financial investigation in 1711 and he details how a sum of £20,540 17s 7d was distributed in bribes to the people listed to induce them to vote for union.

Queen Anne in taking the Scottish Coronation Oath promised “neither shall I transfer nor alienate the same [The Crown of Scotland]" When James VI inherited the Crown of England he and subsequent monarchs has to choose which of the two Kingdoms of Scotland and England to favour.

England had no intention of adhering to the agreed conditions of union. Robert Hartley, First Minister to Queen Anne, paymaster of Daniel DeFoe English spy, has this to say in 1708.

Scotland was never lawfully taken into union. Its Crown was never lawfully merged. No monarch has held legitimate title in Scotland since Anne. The current monarch cannot remedy this because remedy would be admission.

The return of Scotland to the status of sovereign independent nation, cannot honestly be opposed by asserting Scotland entered into a legitimate union, freely and lawfully in 1707. This argument, routinely made, is constitutionally false. Scotland was annexed by England.
